The right solution for every application. Whether static or dynamic applications, Kübler offers the right sensor technology for both 1-axis and 2-axis inclination measurement. Compared to alternative measuring systems, inclinometers offer more flexibility and degrees of freedom in system design, as the sensor does not require a mechanical connection to a shaft or rotary axis, for example. This simplifies installation and significantly reduces sources of error. With the help of simple tools, the sensors can be individually adapted to the respective application requirements.

Applications in which the overall application does not move. The measurement is based on an acceleration measuring cell that provides a precise measurement at a moderate speed. Application examples: In mobile automation such as mobile cranes, lifting tables in intralogistics through to tracked photovoltaic systems in solar industry applications, and many more.

Dynamic applications


for 1- or 2-axis inclination measurement

Applications in which the entire application is in motion or exposed to strong vibrations and oscillations.
In addition to the measurement via an acceleration measuring cell, a rotation is also determined via a rotation rate measuring cell. An intelligent calculation of the values from this sensor fusion enables the measurement result to be provided at a high speed.
Application examples: In mobile automation such as wheel loaders, timber harvesters, forklifts, pallet trucks and automated guided vehicles (AGV) in intralogistics, etc.

1-achsige Neigungsmessung Grundfläche des Sensors liegt senkrecht zur Erdoberfläche. Gemessen wir die Rotation um die Horizontale im Bereich 0° bis 360°.

2-achsige Neigungsmessung
2-achsige Neigungsmessung

Grundfläche des Sensors liegt parallel zur Erdoberfläche. Gemessen werden die Rotationen um Achse X und die Achse Y jeweils im Bereich von +85° bis -85° ausgehend von der Ausgangsposition.
