Integrated servomotors - Synapticon by Kübler
Space, time and costs are decisive factors in modern automation. The new servomotors with integrated drive control offer high power density in a compact design and therefore enable more efficient machine concepts.
Kübler was an early adopter of integrated encoder solutions and is now developing the technology further together with Synapticon: the all-in-one solution combines motor, drive control and sensor technology in a space-saving design - with high performance and energy efficiency.
This solution is suitable for numerous applications - from automation to intralogistics and across a wide performance spectrum. Thanks to the innovative thermal concept, motor derating remains virtually zero - more power without energy loss.
In addition, the single-cable solution enables an efficient line topology, whereby several motors are supplied with just one cable for power and data. This reduces the space required in the control cabinet, reduces the amount of cabling and makes fault diagnostics much easier.
