Incremental, magnetic length measuring systems
With the new non-contact magnetic length measuring systems - consisting of a sensor head and magnetic tape - for pole lengths of 2 mm and 5 mm, the desired resolution of the sensor is freely selectable. In the customer-programmable LIM5000 version, the sensor system can be easily and flexibly adapted to the respective application requirements using a programming device. Maximum flexibility through programmability

Maximum accuracy
Active offset, phase and amplitude control automatically optimizes the sensor to the current operating situation. Effects of individual installation and temperature differences during operation are automatically compensated in the sensor head.
Optimized for larger mounting tolerances
If the application requires a larger air gap (up to max. 2 mm), the LIM5000/B2 system with 5 mm pole length is used – without any restrictions in terms of signal quality or performance.
