My name is Lukas and I am gaining my first experience of the working world at Kübler as part of a vacation job. I became aware of the Kübler company through the recommendation of an acquaintance. During my vacation job I support the colleagues in the factory logistics. Here I have many different tasks, such as printing orders and picking out the required articles from the warehouse. I then have to book these in the system as outgoing goods. By making the orders available, it is guaranteed that the various islands are permanently supplied with the articles for the orders, so that all customer orders can also be manufactured in the summertime. Through the insight I gain in production, I now know exactly what products the company produces. I enjoy my work and also the cooperation with my colleagues is very good - I was well accepted into the team. I also get to talk to other summer jobbers from time to time and we exchange ideas about the various activities. With the money I earn, I would like to finance my driver's license. The rest of the money I put aside for the future.

Hello, I am Alena and I am also gaining my first work experience this year. I chose the company Kübler because the job advertisement sounded very interesting.I am helping out in the electronics production department.Here I get to see a lot and have already been given a wide variety of tasks.Among other things I was allowed to solder parts together, manufacture counters, pack goods and store and retrieve goods with the help of a colleague at the Logimat.I like to spend my lunch break with my colleagues.Here we not only exchange ideas about what's happening at work, but also chat about private topics.The question of whether I would do a vacation job at Kübler again, I answer with a clear "YES". I enjoy the environment, the colleagues and the work.Like Lukas, I am also saving my money for my driver's license.The experience and insights I gain during my vacation job will definitely come in handy in the future.They will also help me decide what I want to be when I grow up.At the end of the period, each vacation jobber receives a little something as a thank you for their support during the vacation period.
