For more than 20 years the Automation Award from elektro AUTOMATION and wirautomatisierer.de has accompanied automation technology and each year awards the most innovative solutions.

Kübler is nominated this year in the "TECHNOLOGY" category with its integrated encoder system.

The demand for energy-efficient yet compact motors that can be flexibly integrated into the respective drive system of a machine is increasing. In order to achieve this, encoders must also make their contribution. In cooperation with Lenze, this has resulted in a new generation of motors with a 100 % integrated encoder system from Kübler. It is compact and can be used flexibly thanks to a selection of interfaces and resolutions, as well as thanks to its combinability with other motor attachments such as brakes. Such disruptive approaches to solutions as the change from a self-contained component to a motor-integrated system create numerous customer benefits.
