PROFINET IO, RT and IRT enable seamless integration into a wide variety of automation environments, providing the ideal basis for modern high-performance applications. Isochronous mode allows even the most demanding real-time requirements to be reliably implemented: clock cycles of up to 250 µs ensure precise, highly synchronous motion sequences, as required in complex axis synchronization, for example. The V4.2 encoder profile supports all current PROFINET functions and ensures uniform communication and parameterization. At the same time, the PROFIdrive profile ensures that controllers and drives from a wide range of manufacturers can work together without restrictions – a clear advantage for flexible, manufacturer-independent machine concepts.

But it's not just the functionality that impresses. The new design also sets a strong example in terms of robustness. The Safety-Lock™ design ensures a particularly resistant bearing structure that reliably absorbs vibrations and even installation errors. Thanks to an extended temperature range of –40 °C to +80 °C, performance remains consistently available even under extreme environmental conditions. This makes the system the perfect choice for demanding industrial applications where reliability and precision are uncompromising priorities.
