ACTILINK-S integrated servomotors: Efficient solution for decentralised automation

The new ACTILINK-S integrated servomotors from Synapticon are setting new standards in factory automation and mechanical engineering. With Kübler sensor technology for precise positioning, the motors offer innovative solutions for the growing demand for space-saving and high-performance automation concepts.

Available in 60 mm and 80 mm sizes and with a power range of 200 to 1000 watts, the ACTILINK-S motors combine several functions and components of a classic servo axis in a single device. This enables a considerable reduction in installation space and costs. At the same time, a unique thermal concept ensures maximum efficiency and up to three times the dynamics of conventional drive solutions.

A hybrid single-cable technology replaces the usual three cables per axis and supports communication via FSoE (Functional Safety over EtherCAT). Further protocols and safety functions are already being planned.
