Kübler presents intelligent IIoT solutions for the factory of the future

Kübler's new system solutions for the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) are another milestone on the road to digital production.
The intelligent networking of machines, components and IT systems allows production data to be used efficiently, resulting in higher plant availability, reduced costs and more sustainable processes.

Condition monitoring is the key to predictive maintenance.
Condition data such as temperature, vibration and runtime provide valuable information about the current status of machines. This enables deviations to be detected early and maintenance measures to be planned in a targeted manner, preventing failures. When combined with specific algorithms or AI-supported analyses, it becomes possible to make precise predictions about future performance — a decisive advantage in minimising downtime and maximising productivity.

Smart components and maximum connectivity
Kübler sensors record precise measurements and provide comprehensive diagnostic and status information. Thanks to open IIoT interfaces such as OPC UA, MQTT or REST API, these components can be seamlessly integrated into digital systems. Data processing takes place directly at the point of origin (edge processing), reducing the load on networks and shortening response times.

The IIoT edge gateway is a central element for the simple and scalable implementation of digitisation projects. Whether for monitoring individual machines or as a hub for larger networks, this flexible solution can be used independently of manufacturers. Thanks to integrated visualisation, local data storage and a wide range of interfaces, sensors, controllers and peripherals can be integrated without the need for additional IT resources.
