With the KAH52, the Kübler Group is expanding its portfolio with an analog singleturn encoder that combines maximum precision with ease of use.
In addition to the classic analog SIN/COS incremental signals with 2048 ppr, the optical KAH52 also provides a sine commutation signal (Z-track).
This allows the controller to calculate the absolute rotor position and regulate the motor with particular precision—the basis for smooth and energy-efficient commutation.

A special feature is the robust tapered shaft, which allows direct coupling to the customer's shaft. No additional coupling is required, which reduces mechanical inaccuracies and significantly lowers installation costs.
Quick and easy integration:
Thanks to its spread coupling and connection via a circuit board connector, the KAH52 can be installed particularly quickly and securely. This saves time, minimizes sources of error, and ensures a reliable connection – even in limited installation space.
