Draw wire Encoders for the most demanding requirements
Products Industries
28 November 2025The IO-Link Draw-wire encoders provide standardized process and diagnostic data in real time, reduce installation costs, and enable rapid technology changes—without having to modify existing cabling.
YOUR BENEFITS
- Robust linear measurement combined with intelligent IO-Link communication
- Uniform process and parameter data thanks to the Smart Sensor Profile
- Easy integration and interchangeability in a wide variety of control environments
- Ideal for Industry 4.0 environments and digital field communication
Kübler's IO-Link Draw-wire encoders offer a modern solution for linear position and length measurements, making them ideal for demanding Industry 4.0 applications. These encoders combine robust mechanics with the digital performance of IO-Link technology, including the Smart Sensor Profile and the Kübler Standard Profile.
Thanks to the standardised, fieldbus-independent interface, the devices can be seamlessly integrated into all industrial Ethernet networks. Real-time identification, diagnostic and process data enable transparent, efficient control. The encoders can be mounted on the cable pull mechanism in a fixed or interchangeable way.
Kübler's IO-Link Draw-wire encoders are particularly well-suited to machines and systems requiring precise, robust and digitally networked linear measurement systems. Kübler is thus sending another strong signal for the consistent further development of its IO-Link product portfolio.
Everything from a single source
Together with the IO-Link field devices already in the portfolio, as well as the matching cables and connectors, complete, pre-coordinated IO-Link systems can be created that are ready for connection to the Ethernet world.
