The new Sendix K80I Performance Line encoder stands out thanks to its ability to program various parameters such as resolution up to 36,000 ppr, counting direction, and zero pulse. The settings can be made before or after installation and enable a quick, directresponse to changing or new requirements without having to replace the encoders with new ones. The Sendix K80I encoder for large shafts has the outstanding feature of combining a continuous hollow shaft of 42 mm with a reduced size of 80 mm.

Isolation insert, hollow shaft Ø 38mm
Thermal and electrical insulation of the encoders (temperature range -40°C to +115°C). These insulating inserts prevent currents through the encoder bearings. These can occur when used with inverter-controlled three-phase or AC vector motors and considerably shorten the service life of the encoder bearings. In addition, the encoder is thermally insulated because the plastic does not transfer the heat to the encoder.Insulation insert (plastic).
