Kübler receives TOP JOB Employer Award again

Fritz Kübler GmbH from Schwenningen is once again one of the best employers of the year and was able to receive the trophy from former Vice-Chancellor Sigmar Gabriel at the current award ceremony. Gabriel is the patron of "Top Job". A total of 97 companies in 4 categories from Germany were awarded the "Top Job- Siegel 2020" in Berlin on 28 February 2020. The seal is awarded annually to the most attractive employers in the German SME sector. The award, presented by the Centre for Employer Attractiveness and the University of St. Gallen, is given to companies that are consistently committed to a healthy and at the same time high-performance workplace culture.

Whether it's a wind turbine or an energy-efficient electric motor of the latest generation - the products of the traditional Schwenningen-based Kübler Group measure and transmit data and currents in a wide variety of machines and plants on five continents. The family-owned company is a specialist in position and motion sensors, slip ring technology and in counting and process technology. Over the last 60 years Kübler has developed from a very small company, founded by Fritz Kübler with short-time measuring instruments, to a global player. Today Kübler employs almost 480 people worldwide and is run by the second generation of the Kübler family, the brothers Lothar and Gebhard Kübler, and recently Martin Huth joined the company as Managing Director, responsible for sales and marketing. Eleven subsidiaries, four production sites and a presence in over 50 countries document the international success of the technology and solution provider.

Now Kübler has been awarded the independent Top Job seal for employer attractiveness for the fourth time. This is scientifically based proof that a high level of employee satisfaction is not only taken seriously, but is constantly being improved and is now very well established in many areas. "It is the special mixture of an owner-managed company and an agile organisation that strengthens individual responsibility and allows freedom, which our employees appreciate", comments Lothar Kübler.

Fritz Kübler GmbH receives good marks from its employees in the areas of communication and development opportunities, among others. Colleagues use their own company app to exchange information on a wide range of topics, including important company information, key figures, but also internal company sporting events or posts from the management. Another new feature in recent months is the so-called Info Market, where the individual departments present themselves with information stands at the professional and managerial meetings and invite the staff to engage in dialogue.

Important for employer attractiveness are enthusiasm for technology, individual training packages, special support for junior staff and employee benefits. The latter range from a job bike, subsidies for child care and various special leaves to family-friendly, flexible working hours.
