The new IO-Link interface makes it even easier to integrate the IN68 and IN78 inclinometers into modern control systems – while maintaining high measurement accuracy in both static and dynamic applications. At the same time, IO-Link enables convenient parameterization directly from the control system, without additional effort in the field.

The IN78 shows its strengths particularly in moving processes: an intelligent sensor fusion of acceleration and rotation rate measuring cells ensures accurate measurement results even with strong vibrations or fast movements. Angle information thus remains reliably and highly dynamically available at all times.

In addition, all sensors in the IN6x and IN7x series are equipped with intuitive parameterization. IO-Link allows all relevant parameters to be adapted to the respective application – from the measuring range and filter settings to the digital spirit level. This shortens commissioning and service times and enables consistently efficient diagnostics.

The fully encapsulated housing with IP68/IP69K protection and a wide temperature range ensure reliable operation even under extreme conditions. Status LEDs also support quick orientation during installation and operation.

Together with the IO-Link field devices already in the portfolio, as well as the matching cables and connectors, complete, pre-coordinated IO-Link systems can be created – ready for connection to the Ethernet world.
