Quality in research and development
We develop according to the Staged Gate approach. We have adapted Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) to our processes. Essential instruments for us are: FMEA, Control Plan and Key Parameter List. Thanks to these approaches and methods, we are able to significantly shorten development times and thus realize your individual requirements quickly and easily.
Quality in manufacturing processes and production sites
Premium quality does not come about by chance. We control our production processes reliably - despite high manual added value. First Pass Yield (FPY) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) are used. The Kübler Kaizen culture that we live by forms the basis for eliminating waste, becoming even more efficient and thus responding even faster and more flexibly to customer wishes. And this at all locations.
