Dear customers and business partners,

Presently, the Corona crisis is the dominant issue for all of us. We want to continue to serve all customer requirements in the best possible way while protecting the health of our employees and partners. We have taken a wide range of measures to prevent corona viruses and are continuously evaluating the current situation in all areas of the company. With the measures introduced to date, we are currently experiencing few restrictions in our global business operations.

Together with our global network of partners, service providers and suppliers, we have been able to ensure a high level of supply availability in the vast majority of cases. We are in even closer contact with our suppliers and logistics service providers in order to further ensure supply security for our customers. The situation changes daily, and we are constantly reacting to this. Even with all these efforts, we cannot completely rule out certain restrictions at our production sites and logistics centers.  Should this occur, we will try to inform you as soon as possible.

We are pleased that our subsidiary in China is now up and running again without restrictions. The situation in China has stabilized and output has returned to the level before the closure.

As a family business, the health of our employees is of the highest priority. Here too we have taken many measures to protect employees and to maintain the usual Kübler quality in products and service. Our teams around the world worked with heart and mind every day to support you through this difficult time with a great deal of commitment and creativity.

In order to protect our employees, we have switched to mobile working environments wherever possible. Thanks to the extensive investments made in recent years in the worldwide IT infrastructure, Kübler is now able to work remotely with great ease - an important step on our way to becoming a Digital Company. For the time being, we are dispensing with personal customer visits on site and are increasingly working digitally here too. At present we are also not receiving any visitors or suppliers at the locations. In our production plants, we have taken a variety of precautions to ensure the health of our employees and their families, while at the same time safeguarding customer wishes and being able to continue to operate critical processes with the accustomed quality.  We keep all employees constantly informed about preventive measures in the company and in their private lives and about government regulations in Germany and in national companies, which we strictly comply with.

If we all stick together, we will make an important contribution to containing the infection rate: #flattenthecurve.

In addition, we have decided to refrain from participating in trade fairs, roadshows and other events with personal contacts worldwide as a preventive measure until September. This also applies to the Hanover Fair 2020, which is currently scheduled for mid-July, and instead we will be inviting you from April onwards to several online shows in the near future.

No matter whether you have questions about our products, your orders or need support for a (new) application or project. We are there for you via phone, e-mail or video telephony.
