Repair and return

We are there for you – even after the purchase.

The highest quality is our standard. Should we not succeed in this goal, we are quick and competent in finding a solution. Your request in the form of a repair or return is conveniently and easily processed via the standardized form RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).


Repair contract conditions 


Warranty period
24 months + 6 months tolerance for storage and transport times. The date is based on the serial numbers of the devices.


Warranty case
A product is within the warranty period and there is no clear misuse or damage by the customer. If a clear warranty case exists, we will deliver a free replacement, issue a credit or will repair the product for free. Costs will only be charged if the product damage was clearly due to the customer’s fault.


If you need a replacement device urgently, please send us a separate order indicating that it is a replacement device. Once we receive the damaged device and determine that it is a warranty case, you will receive a credit for the replacement device. Low-cost products will be replaced with a new device for free instead of a repair or at your price rates.


Cost estimate
Only created if this is marked accordingly in the RMA form. Please note that we generally charge EUR 28.00 plus test costs for a cost estimate if you do not wish to have the offered repair carried out. Accessories or spare parts will not be repaired. They will always be replaced with new parts.


Return of Material Authorization (RMA)
The RMA number is an identification number assigned by the supplier for the return of goods. The customer is obliged to request such an identification number before returning the goods so that the goods can be assigned correctly by the supplier.
