Mobile Automation Brochure
Press release
Kübler sensors for mobile applications. Optimal for a wide range of uses such as:
Public works vehicles operate in harsh environments. The sensors used for the speed regulation or position control and for linear and inclination measurements are thus exposed to the same work environment.
The usual market requirements are:
Accurate and robust. Positioning has to meet various requirements in the branch of mobile automation. Kübler offers simple and robust magnetic systems, up to high-accuracy optical sensors. All market-usual interfaces are available for communication. Analogue voltage and current outputs, CANopen/SAE J1939, SSI and many others. The flexible options offered by the Kübler Sendix encoders create the ideal solution for every eventuality when it comes to the construction of mobile machines.
A tough nut. Accurate speed information is an important measurement for the speed regulation of work equipment. Measuring systems that supply this information are often subjected to harsh environmental conditions but must not suffer any loss of reliability.
Kübler incremental encoders can handle strong vibration or extreme variations in temperature without any problem. Here, their diverse fitting options guarantee easy, safe installation.
Innovations from Tradition. Kübler products benefit from 50 years experience in automation engineering. Over the years they have undergone ongoing development and been optimised for use in drives, in outdoor and heavy duty applications.
Small details make a big difference. Our products feature many intelligent, high-quality extras, which offer our customers important advantages, whilst at the same time making a significant contribution to the performances and safety of the mobile machines.
Good hint, the whole sensor and display technology from one hand. Inclinometers with analogue and CANopen output monitor the horizontal position of the vehicle during operation.
Codix multifunctional counters display length, speed, angle and position.
The programmable outputs regulate work sequences and serve as limit switches. The analogue displays Codix 55x
and 573 measure temperature, pressure and load, and, combined with limit switches, ensure the safety in mobile machines.
Electronic or electromechanical maintenance counters monitor the number of switching cycles or operating hours, e.g. of hydraulic oil. They can easily be integrated in any existing display panel.
